♥ Returns: Returns will be accepted within 7 days of delivery. You must pay return shipping. You will be refunded the price of the product, but not the original cost of shipping, unless the reason you are returning is a mistake I made.
♥ Refunds: Partial or full refunds will be sent for specific reasons.
♡ If your cup breaks during transit, I will send a full refund. I require a photo of the broken cup, and it must be in the box and close to the day it was delivered.
♡ If your package is not delivered because of a mistake I made, I will send a full refund. If you gave me the wrong address, I will send a partial refund.
♡ If your package is lost and your tracking has not updated for at least 3 weeks, I will send a full refund.
